HARTFORD, CT – Earlier on Tuesday, Governor Ned Lamont announced that he is directing U.S. and state flags in Connecticut to return to full-staff at sunset on the evening of Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Flags have been flying at half-staff in recognition and mourning of all those who have lost their lives and been affected by COVID-19.
