Greenwich, CT - RHYS Commercial, a regional Real Estate Services Firm, is pleased to announce the recent leasing transaction at 289 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT to Hermès of Paris, Inc. Dominick Musilli, Executive Vice President and Principal, and Cory Gubner, President and CEO, were the sole brokers in the transaction. Hermès signed a long-term lease with Willett Companies, the Landlord, for approximately 5,000 sq. ft.

“The addition of a Hermès of Paris store to Greenwich Avenue is very exciting.” said Musilli.  “This addition, along with Apple, Ralph Lauren and a few others in recent years, further legitimizes Greenwich as a market of choice by some of the finest national and international retailers in the world. I am very optimistic that others will follow suit and open new stores on the Avenue.”

“Hermès of Paris was a pleasure to deal with from the time we started discussions to the date we signed the lease”, said Frank Kenny, CEO of Willett Companies. “They are making a significant investment in the space, and we are looking forward to long and prosperous relationship with them.”
