Recognized as a leader in investment sales in the region for the past 20 years, Mr. Mirin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. Since that time, he has brought C&W’s Private Capital Group into prominence in the region, providing strategic consulting on behalf of owners of office, industrial, retail and multi-housing properties.

Mr. Mirin previously served as senior vice president at CBRE in Stamford, specializing in investment properties. In that capacity, he acted as advisor in more than 20 million square feet of transactions, totaling in excess of $8 billion and was one of CBRE’s top producers nationwide.
Mr. Mirin has been a member of several industry and business organizations and is currently the vice president of the Real Estate Finance Association. He also serves as board president of both the Human Services Council of Norwalk and 40 South Main Street, a 40-unit shelter in Norwalk, CT. Mr. Mirin has received the Volunteer Action Center’s “Volunteer of the Year” award twice.
Mr. Mirin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, School of Management, at the State University of New York at Binghamton. He and his family reside in New Canaan, CT.
