Katy Bannister, Senior Director of Membership and Business Development, directs the membership program which includes overseeing the Leaders on Board Program, organizing learning and networking events, and managing the member recruitment and retention effort. Her business development responsibilities include cultivating revenue generating opportunities through sponsorships and consulting and training engagements. Katy has been with Leadership Greater Hartford since 2003. Marty Rotblatt, Senior Director of Communications and Grant Management, has been working in the nonprofit sector for 25 years. He holds two advanced certifications in nonprofit organization management. At Leadership Greater Hartford he is responsible for marketing and communications activities, Website development, and grant writing. Marty has been with Leadership Greater Hartford since 2009. Cathy Tracy, Senior Director of Finance and Operations, oversees all non-programmatic aspects of the organization, including financial management and reporting, individual gift giving, support of the Board of Directors, and fringe benefit administration. Cathy joined Leadership Greater Hartford in 2007. Maggie Irving is responsible for coordinating the program, membership and special events of Leadership Greater Hartford. Maggie is a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford’s Third Age Initiative, a program that identifies, develops and engages older adults in meaningful ways in the community. Maggie has been with the organization since 2009. Leadership Greater Hartford is one of the largest nonprofit community-based leadership organizations in the country. In addition to youth leadership development programs, we provide leadership training programs and consulting services to those interested in furthering their education or career, strengthening their business, enhancing their retirement, and developing meaningful relationships within the Greater Hartford community.
