Westy Self Storage recently announced the Four for Four Charity Donation Drive. This charity drive supports four local not for profit organizations: Connecticut Food Bank, Dress for Success of Mid-Fairfield County, Connecticut Humane Society and Operation Gift Cards. The drive will run for four weeks from November 20 to December 18. Westy Self Storage in Stamford is pleased to be designated as a one stop donation drop off location for all four organizations.

In addition to collection, Westy will also provide storage for the donations as well as final delivery via Westy truck to the respective organizations.

The Four for Four Donation Drive will help four local organizations in an effort to assist the needs of the community. Connecticut Food Bank alleviates hunger by supplying food products and resources to member agencies and promoting public awareness about the problem of hunger; items for collection include non-perishable food. Dress for Success of Mid-Fairfield County promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life; collection items include excellent condition women’s professional attire. Connecticut Human Society promotes humanity and kindness and prevents cruelty to man and animals; items for collection include pet supplies. Operation Gift Cards provides wish list items for our wounded and injured troops in military hospitals as well as families of the wounded; items for collection include DVDs, CDs, batteries, puzzles, books, magazines, gift cards from Staples, Home Depot, Office Depot, Giant, Target and Safeway, personal care items and cleaning supplies. This drive will run from November 20 through December 18. Please help your community by dropping off a donation at Westy Self Storage in Stamford located at 80 Brownhouse Road and spreading the word to your friends and neighbors.

“The Connecticut Human Society thanks Westy Self Storage for their efforts in organizing a collection drive,” said Alicia Wrights, Connecticut Human Society.

Westy is open for drop off 7 days a week. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
