C.H.O.I.C.E.S. help for Medicare recipients starts weekly October 19 until December 7

Medicare Open Enrollment is scheduled early this year between October 15 and December 7, 2012 (the time period to make changes in any of your coverages). Register now at the Norwalk Public Library for a one-on-one session with the C.H.O.I.C.E.S counselor in this Open Enrollment period 10 am to 12 noon each Friday beginning October19 until December 7.

Registration is at the Reference Desk or call the library at 203-899-2780 ext 15109 Reference Desk.

C.H.O.I.C.E.S. is Connecticut’s program for Health insurance assistance, Outreach, Information and referral, Counseling, Eligibility Screening. It is available to help you navigate the health insurance options available to Medicare recipients and to understand all your healthcare options in order to make the most informed decisions based on their individual needs.
