President Obama will be in Stamford this Friday to attend a fundraiser dinner for Senator Dodd’s re-election campaign.

The event will be at the Hilton Hotel in Stamford and will start around 5 p.m.

A heavy rush-hour traffic, as well as local street and highway delays and closures are expected during President Obama’s arrival in our area, especially around Exit 7 of I-95.

Senator Dodd (D-CT) is hoping to be able to keep his seat in the Senate after the 2010 elections.
