Two party conventions and the state budget main events on the agenda last week

The state Democratic and Republican Parties had their Conventions last Friday and Saturday at the Expo Center and the Convention Center in Hartford respectively. The two parties were nominating and endorsing their candidates for the positions of U.S. Senator, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, state Attorney General, Secretary of the State, state Treasurer and Comptroller.

Kevin Lembo to run for State Comptroller
